A whiskey that has been triple distilled that sees single malt and single pot still whiskies combined and matured in ex-Bourbon American oak casks and ex-Cognac French oak casks.
This has created whiskey full of delicate fruits and dark chocolate.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Stewed apples and pears, shortbread and vanilla with spice.
Palate: Lychee and green grapes, apples and pears with peaches and citrus.
Finish: Good quality dark chocolate and citrus peels.
