Old Kempton Distillery was formerly known as Redland Estate until recently. This Tasmanian distillery has produced exceptional single malt and recently collected the award for best Australian single malt whisky 12yrs and under at the World Whisky Awards 2018. Tasmanian Independent Bottlers have created a single cask release by maturing their spirit in ex-Sherry barrels and bottling at 47.7% abv.

We’ve not tried this one yet and it’s too rare to open, no tasting notes are available.
