The Gospel Rye is made using 100% grown Australian rye which is sourced from Murray Mallee region in South Australia. Utilising ancient technology that for centuries has been used to mature sherry, port, and even beer, The Gospel Solera Rye is aged in a two-story tall bespoke solera system of new American oak and Australian natural wine barrels providing a distinctly flavourful spirit that can be used in all your classic whiskey cocktails. Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Bread and butter pudding with garden mint, creme caramel and golden syrup. Poached apples and white pepper.

Palate: Toffee apples and toasted rye bread, Christmas mince pies with baking spices.

Finish: Burnt toffee bitter sweetness, apple peels and cumin.
