Old J Gold is crafted in small batches from our pot still in the British Virgin Islands and fermented from naturally sweet molasses made from sugar cane grown on nearby riverbanks. Old J is infused with our special blend of flavours to create the ultimate premium rum. Natural yeasts are used to ferment the water thinned molasses, which is converted directly to alcohol. Then aged in oak barrels for between 12 and 24 months before being blended with a range of spices. According to the Rum Masters expert panel of tasters, Old J Gold rum is officially the best gold spiced rum on the market.
