A triple-distilled Irish whiskey made with water from a well on Lambay Island – a privately owned isle off the coast near Dublin. Lambay whiskey is a joint venture between the Baring family, which owns the island, and the Camus family, which supplies the Cognac casks in which the whisky is finished after four years in ex-bourbon barrels. This is rich and fruity with notes of ripe bananas, ripe berries, coconut and malt.
