This single cask single grain whisky was distilled at the Invergordon distillery before being placed in a single Refill barrel and left to mature for 31 years. InFebruary 2019 it was bottled at 63.2% abv as part of the North Start Cask Series Number 7.

Only 190 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution.

Tasting Notes

Nose: White chocolate buttons & airfix glue.

Palate: Cream of tartar & wine gums.

Finish: A ginger bread house with a frosted roof.
