Hyde whisky is a multi award winning product carefully selected from Irelands very best whiskey distilleries. They then selected the best casks for maturation which are sourced directly from distilleries and bodegas around the world. The result is Irish whiskey as it should be, influenced by Sherry, Rum, Bourbon, Stout Beer and Port.

All the whiskey from Hyde is non chill filtered which means you receive it as natural as it gets, full of character and no colour added.

A collaboration between Hyde Whiskey and Cotton ball Brewing Company has produced an Irish whiskey full of coffee and malty notes.

This whiskey has been blended with 75% four year old single grain whiskey which was previously aged in ex-Bourbon casks and 25% four year old single malt whiskey which was previously matured in ex-Oloroso Sherry Butt. IT was then finished in a Cotton Ball Stout infused cask.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Espresso coffee, caramel, dark fruits and spices.

Taste: Toasted barley, malt and caramel sweetness.

Finish: Vanilla cream and oak.
