Released to celebrate the 30th anniversary of independent bottling by Signatory Vintage this Highland Park was distilled on the 21st of May 1991 and left to mature in a single Palo Cortado Sherry butt for 27 years. It is one pair of Highland Parks bottled for this occasion and it is the younger of the two, however it is the most sought after. Sherry matured Highland Park at cask strength, a simply stunning whisky.
