We were keen to champion rhubarb; a much-celebrated local product. Sourced from Yorkshire’s Rhubarb Triangle, we were keen to see what the crimson and green stems were like blended with our Hedgerow Gin; we found we rather enjoyed the results. Unlike a lot of rhubarb gins which have added sugar, ours is bone-dry; as a gin should be. A slightly sweeter tonic then brings the fruity elements to the fore.
