Inspired by the flavours we traditionally associate with whisky, the 2018 Forty Spotted Winter release can best be enjoyed neat or with a splash of tonic or soda water.

Official Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale straw.

Nose: Juniper up front with a beautiful balance of cardamom, figs, toffee, and aniseed, with an added citrus dimension of lemon curd and candied orange peel.

Palate: Juniper, coriander, and marmalade with a high viscosity and toasted oak characters, matching beautifully with the vanilla from an American Oak Cask.

Finish: A light peppery dryness builds to a nice creaminess with grapefruit, orange, fig, walnut and more delicious lemon curd.
