Brindle Distillery is an independent distillery situated on Holmes Farm, nestled in the beautiful landscape of rural Lancashire, in the charming, historical village of Brindle.

All of the raw materials that go into making our spirits either come directly from our farm or are locally sourced.

Our natural spring delivers fresh spring water to the distillery which is used in the distillation of our spirits and for cooling our still ‘Maggie’.

To give our spirits their award-winning taste, we use sustainably and ethically sourced botanicals from the UK and across the world.”

Official Tasting Notes

Well rounded and juniper-rich with soothing, mellow and comforting aromas. A savoury combination of rosemary and lemon thyme from our farm, teamed with Nocellara and Cuquillo olives and lemon, with big hits of fresh grapefruit. Completing this offering are classic gin botanicals that include liquorice, cassia, cardamom, almond, coriander and orris root.
