Our Tasting Notes

Nose: When first poured there’s a wonderful medicinal aroma, new plastic unsealed from a packet. As the air starts to work its way into the whisky there’s stone fruits, fresh pear and freshly cut grass. White pepper and smoke seem luscious and inviting.

Palate: First thought is creamy with vanilla, some tobacco and dried pears. The smoke coats the palate and the oils start to work on the finish.

Finish: There’s salty bacon, buttery vanilla and maritime complexity.
