Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate sweet tropical fruits and pistachio ice cream combine perfectly with lashings of Sherry.

Palate: Dried tropical fruits combine now with creamy blonde toffee, peaches and soft vanilla.

Finish: Vanilla fudge with floral notes and a slight spice on the finish.
