Liquid Treasures Single Malt Whisky is an independent bottling range of eSpirits Whisky in Germany. The company was founded over 10 yers ago and has already released a quite impressive selection of interesting and delicious whiskies. The autumn 2021 collection includes 8 single malt whiskies from all over Scotland, aptly titled the ‘Living World’ due to the stunning flora and fauna artwork on the bottles.

Released as a member of ‘Living World’ series which features amphibians, insects and animals on label. This blended malt has been matured in an ex Sherry Butt and only 377 were created. Bottled at 45.9%, unchillfiltered.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Roasted chestnuts on a cold day, chocolate truffles of rum and raisin and apple jam. Espresso leads to red fruits and sweet pastry.

Palate: Quite meaty at first with berry jam, sherry, mocha and maramalade.

Finish: Orange zest, sultanas, raisins and some charred oak.
