Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Citrus peel, strawberry or even raspberry jam, hints of apple and raisin bread soaked in Sherry, freshly struck match.

Palate: Sherry is collected first, Christmas spice and orange peel. Pickled ginger and blackberries. Freshly earthy and dark chocolate.

Finish: Chocolate orange, apple peel and lemon green tea.
