The Single Malts Of Scotland range is brought to us by London based Elixir Distillers. They specialise in independently bottling Japanese and Scottish whisky but also bottle American and Irish whisky from time to time.The company’s three core whisky brands are Elements of Islay, Port Askaig and The Single Malts of Scotland, while it also bottles navy rum under the Black Tot brand. The Single Malts of Scotland range provides independent bottlings of vintage single malt Scotch from many distilleries and at a variety of ages.
A Scottish single malt whisky that was distilled in 2006 at the Benrinnes, Speyside distillery. It was left to mature in cask number 800215 for no less than 15 years. This thick, heavy spirit produced at this Speyside distillery lends itself to long ageing, giving a full and creamy mouthfeel and rounded fruit flavours. Bottled in 2021 at 55.3% ABV and boasting only 284 bottles.
