This Single Cask is an exclusive one off bottling just for the Australian market. Matured for ten years in a Sauternes cask. This was carefully selected by Jeremy Daunay of Le Baron Des Spirits. The label has also been specifically designed for Australia. So exclusive that there are only 250 bottles available worldwide!
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Candied oranges and deep oak notes to start with. Then lovely malty and spicy notes at the back.
Taste: Thick and velvety with intense citrus oils and sweet cinnamon bark.
Finish: Very long and mouth-coating…intense wood and dried citrus fruits. With long malty aftertaste.
