Westport 1997 Aged 18 Years – Hemp Sparrow (30ml)
A 1997 Glenmorangie tea spooned with a drop of Glen Moray making this technically a blended malt. Bottled by Morrison & MacKay, exclusively for the Asian market under the brand Hemp Sparrow. 51.2% abv

Glenlossie 8 Years Old 2010 – Lady Of The Glen (30ml)
An indie bottling of Glenlossie bottled at 56.8% abv. Distilled on the 8th of October 2000 and left to mature in a single ex-bourbon hogshead. It was then finished in a first fill ex ruby Port cask for six months and then bottled on the 10th of April 2019 by Hannah Whisky Merchants for the Lady of the Glen range. Only 287 were produced for worldwide distribution.

Loch Lomond Aged 14 Years – Infrequent Flyers (30ml)
Loch Lomond are famous for their different brands Loch Lomond, Inchmurrin and Inchmoan but this single malt states that it is a Croftyengea, a term Loch Lomond uses for its peated single malt. It’s an indie bottling and it has been aged for 14 years in single ex-bourbon hogshead barrel. Only 277 bottles are available for worldwide distribution and will be as rare as hens teeth before you know it, a great whisky to try. 57.1% abv

Ailsa Bay Release 1.2 (30ml)
Ailsa Bay is the first whisky to have an analysed measurement of sweetness identified. The whisky is defined as having 11 SPPM within it, which gives it the perfect balance between the peat and the sweetness. The precise measurement of the phenol content in parts per million. Ailsa Bay contains 21 PPM, which is assessed prior to bottling. Ailsa Bay is also the only Scotch whisky to undego ‘ Micro Maturation’. The distilleries new make spirit is first filled into Hudson Bay Bourbon Casks that are between 25-100 litres in size for six to nine months to mature. They are then transferred into virgin, first fill and refill American oak casks for several years. The process the first of its kind within the Scotch whisky industry. 48.9% abv

Ardbeg 15 Years Old – Chieftains (30ml)
Ardbeg 15 Year Old 2000 vintage Islay single malt Scotch whiskey. Matured in bourbon barrels #946 & #959 bottled July 2015 Ian MacLeod for the Chieftain’s range. 1,123 bottles only. Very tasty stuff indeed.

Bowmore 19 Years Old – Adelphi
All of Adelphi’s independently bottled Bowmore’s have been very tasty indeed. This single cask offering drawn from cask number 2411 has been distilled in 1997 and bottled 19 years later in 2017. After spending its entire life maturing in an ex-sherry cask we find that only a limited number of bottles have been produced. 545 to be exact and this was for the worldwide whisky market.
