About The Wine

The Coldstream Guard is a proud salute to the Yarra Valley as an internationally recognised, cool climate, winemaking region. Conceived as a contrasting yet complementary stable-mate to Levantine’s established Estate Rose, this 100% Pinot Noir Rose takes its cue from the classically dry and savoury styles typical of Tavel and the Bandol appellation of Provence in the south of France.Texturally robust and alluring while long on flavour and finish, a subtle acid line, glycerol and dusty tannin harness a slow build to a resounding crescendo on the finish. This Rose is an incredibly versatile match for a whole range of cuisines.
