The Edinburgh Gin Distillery was established in 2010. Distilled in the heart of Scotland’s capital city it captures this wonderful cities creativity and vibrance.
The Edinburgh Classic Gin is based on the a London Dry style. This multi award winning gin uses the finest grain spirit which is brought together with an original balance of 14 botanicals. The woody hint of pine buds, aromatic lemongrass and floral lavender are all present. Fruity jammy flavour from black mulberries balances perfectly with the citrus from the orange and lime peels in the finish. Hazelnuts, thick with natural oils, add texture and a smooth mouthfeel.

Ingredients
- 50ml EG Classic
- 1 Teaspoon fresh orange juice
- 1 Teaspoon Campari
- 100ml Tonic water
- Orange twist
Method
1. Add 50ml of Edinburgh Gin Classic to your rocks glass, along with the orange juice and the Campari.
2. Add ice and stir.
3. Top with tonic water and an orange twist.
