The Edinburgh Gin Distillery was established in 2010. Distilled in the heart of Scotland’s capital city it captures this wonderful cities creativity and vibrance.

A highly aromatic gin liqueur with an exquisitely sweet, floral bouquet. Elderflower blossom has a distinctive floral aroma and flavour that marry beautifully with the crisp citrus peel, fruity mulberries and piney juniper in the Classic London Dry. It is subtle yet complex. A fresh, floral liqueur that perfectly complements bright sparkling wine or light tonic garnished with a sprig of mint.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Highly aromatic floral aromas.

Palate: Hints of elderflower and juniper, lemon citrus and balanced sweetness.

Finish: Ripe orchard fruits with grapefruit.
